Corey Paben — Product portfolio

Insurance producer who builds the systems agencies actually run on.

AppointForge's current work addresses three agency constraints: operational follow-through, producer development, and visibility measurement. Each initiative starts with a practical workflow, explicit assumptions, and a defined way to evaluate whether it helps.

What ties the work together

  1. A real recurring cost or constraint in a small, regulated business, not a hypothetical.
  2. A measurable mechanism, stated in the agency’s own units: quotes, households, premium, dollars spent.
  3. An economic model built first. Every assumption labeled. Costs charged before benefits. Overlapping effects not double counted.
  4. Honest status. What is modeled, built, measured, and not yet known stay separate.
  5. Public or aggregate data only. Nothing touches customer records or system credentials.

1. DAOS — illustration, not an AppointForge product

DAOS is an operating system built inside a working agency, on company-owned systems, using AppointForge’s existing architecture and methodology. AppointForge does not own it. It is here as an illustration of what the method can do within enterprise constraints: approved tools, no outside software, no customer data leaving the company.

2. Agency Search Monitor

Agency Search Monitor is the independent check on a marketing vendor. It shows what Google, ChatGPT, and Gemini actually returned, so an owner can walk into the next budget conversation with a record that did not come from the salesperson. The first live baseline collected 150 responses across 50 prompts.

Figures are scenario outputs from stated assumptions, not measured results. Each case study lists its assumptions and what remains unmeasured.
